Plans for Today aren’t Set in Stone!

Today is Saturday, and it is a nice sunny day.  A perfect day to go downtown to the Inner Harbor.  I enjoy taking my son Jaden downtown and letting him ride the carousel that he loves so much.  Needless to say, I will take my camera with me to get as many photographs as I can, some personal and some for business.  As I sit here sipping my morning Latte’ trying to plan events for the day that all of us can enjoy, I can’t help but feel a sense of doom!  It seems lately that the more you plan, the more goes wrong with the plan!!!  That’s the way it generally goes here.  Planning ahead never works for us; it always falls apart before the plan can be put into motion!

Above my blog, you will see the photo collection that I have put together for my “Space.”  I took the majority of these photographs myself.  The kids you will see in the slide show are my son Jaden, and my nephew Matt Matt.  To give credit where credit is due, the photos that I didn’t take were taken by Jaden’s mother and my stepfather Ron.  Some of the photos here can also be found in my gallery at  Another point to mention is that all photographs here and on my website ( are protected under US Copyright Laws. ©2008 William E. Sipe, ALL Rights Reserved.

If you have read my profile, you will see that I am a photographer, and my passion for photography has grown more in the last year as my website went live.  With early plans to go to the Inner Harbor today, the aspect of taking a few photos from the water taxi seems like a real possibility.  My son also loves taking the water taxi back and forth from the Inner Harbor to Fells Point.  Taking the water taxi is a pretty nice ride, especially when there is a cool breeze.  Last year it was $8.00 per adult and $4.00 per child, and it was good all day.  I am hoping to get a few shots of the Harbor from the water taxi for post cards or a possible calendar.

My website, offers many photo products that can be purchased with your own favorite or cherished photograph on them.  Also, my blog at offers information on photo techniques, photo composition, exposure, lighting and much more.

Feel free to regularly visit each blog as new posts are added daily.

About WilliamSipe

I moved to Baltimore in 1994 to continue my printing career, and to seek out better opportunities. While picking up valuable experience in two different printing companies, I began thinking of starting my own business. My son was born on July 31, 2004, and is a very special child that means the world to me. After a near-fatal accident that left me disabled in 2004 and unable to return to my printing job, I decided to fall back on my passion for photography and graphic design and work for myself. This is when Pro-PhotoShots was born. Deciding to make photo gifts such as t-shirts, mouse pads, tote bags, sportspacks just to name a few, I bought the necessary equipment and went to work. Using my industrial grade quality materials and equipment and my experience in both photography and graphic design, I went public with my website ( offering my services to the world! It's been a great experience, and I hope we are still going strong many years from now.
