First of all, I do not have a problem with police officers! Most officers of the law are admirable and risk their lives to keep us safe from the real bad guys on a daily basis. Just like any job field there are the bad apples, and police officers are no different. When cops screw up they just happen to make the top of the headlines, and this post highlights one particular cop that went way over the edge.
48-year-old Donald Warfield, a former Baltimore County police officer, was arrested after flashing a woman in front of a middle school. For this to happen in front of a school just makes this more disgusting, just ask staff at Ridgely Middle School where this happened to occur. According to reports, the woman was walking her dog on Lynncrest Road when she noticed a silver minivan parked near the curb with a man wearing a business suit inside. Thinking he needed directions, she approached the man and got the shock of a lifetime! Mr. Warfield exposed his naked thighs and genitals to her and began masturbating for her. Warfield, instead of fleeing the scene “smirked, and made no effort to rush away,” as the woman stated.
Investigators eventually traced the minivan’s license plate to Sol Levinson Funeral Services where Warfield is employed. Warfield was on official funeral home business when the incident took place! He was arrested and booked on indecent exposure.
Donald Warfield is no stranger to those types of charges either! When he was a Baltimore County police officer in 1996, he was charged with indecent exposure in Glen Rock, PA.
I wonder if he will be flashing people in his new community, PRISON???!!! He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $30,000 bail where I hope he stays until he is sent down the river!
I was a former cop and now retired. I worked with this person up to the day he was charged in 96. I must say what a disapointment to, and black eye given to all hard working and good cops!

Thank you for your comment, and I agree that this incident put all the hard working good cops in a bad light. There are obviously more good cops out there than bad, and cops like this one mentioned in my post cause serious problems within the department and have a real impact on public trust. I wanted to thank you for your service as a former police officer, and wish you the best!
